Rabdan Academy, in Abu Dhabi is getting ready for the start of the 2019/2020 year, which begins on August 18th. An exciting addition to their program offerings is the launch of the Master of Science in Policing and Security Leadership Program, which’s an achievement for the UAE. The academy specializes in areas such as safety, security, defense, emergency preparedness and crisis management sectors. Has seen a number of student applications.
Rabdan Academy offers a range of degrees and specializations including the Master of Intelligence Analysis Bachelor of Homeland Security Bachelor of Business Continuity Management, Bachelor of Integrated Emergency Management, Bachelor of Policing and Security well as a Crime Scene Diploma.
With an emphasis on science and knowledge based skills Rabdan Academy aims to train Emiratis to contribute effectively to the military, security and civil sectors in terms of safety security defense emergency response and crisis management. This aligns with UAE leaderships vision for a future.
In the year Rabdan Academy will introduce the Master of Science in Policing and Security Leadership Program. This program is designed to provide graduates with both foundations and practical skills for successful leadership roles, within policing and security fields.
The curriculum covers subjects, including Human Rights and Ethical Policing, Executive Leadership Strategic Planning and Partnerships, Policing and Community Safety Strategic Financial Management, International Police Operations Research Methods, in Policing and Security Operations Leadership. Additionally students are required to complete a research project for graduation.
